Valhalla Performance is culture, mindset, attitude, and intensity.

 

Valhalla Performance is a more than a unique training methodology; Valhalla is an environment in which competitive athletes, tactical athletes, and everyday athletes develop the physiological tools to dominate their respective sport.  More importantly, though, Valhalla cultivates the psychological tools with which athletes can achieve high performance in all areas of their lives. The lessons learned at Valhalla are transcendent and our athletes of all types benefit from them in every arena of their lives.

WHAT WE DO


WHAT WE DO


Valhalla Performance is a multi-faceted human performance training facility.  

For competetive athletic populations, we focus on developing sound movement quality and nervous system function which both aid in injury prevention, then improve strength and power qualities.  

For active populations, we focus on developing solid biomechanical qualities and then move toward enhancing recovery after training and activity.  

For rehabilitation populations, we focus on spinal stability and then the motor re-learning process.

We also specialize in tactical physical preparation for active first responder and active duty military personnel. In addition, we use training as a transitional tool for personnel going from active duty to civilian life and/or returning from deployment.

Human performance principles are fairly uniform across populations, the Valhalla Performance difference is in the application of these principles and the quality relationships developed in the training environment.
